Abstract

With the rapid spread of internet and the development of electronic business using it, electronic cash has become an issue of the greatest consequence. The technical development of an electronic payment system using electronic cash is now under study lively. But there is a difficulty in developing an electronic cash protocol to satisfy the contradictory needs of security and convenience. In order to suggest a protocol to satisfy safety and convenience, this study analyses the needs of an electronic cash system and develops a control technology to realize security maintenance. This study proposes an alternative measure to build an electronic cash protocol.
